Mission: To fund initiatives that address the health, education and well-being of individuals, families and communities.

The Llewellyn Foundation accepts grant proposals by invitation only. If you would like to be considered, please fill out the contact form and if we feel that the organization is a fit for our mission and area of focus, we will be in touch to request more information.

Deadlines:

Spring:

  • New inquiries to the website must be received by April 30.
  • Invited grants requests received by May 31.
  • Grants will be awarded by June 30.

Fall:

  • New inquiries to the website must be received by September 30.
  • Invited grants requests received by October 31.
  • Grants will be awarded by December 15th.

Proposals that are not awarded funding may be re-submitted at the discretion of the Trustees.

Requirements: Applicants must furnish proof of 501(c)3 non-profit status. Proposals must include a complete description of the project, program or position for which funding is sought and the rationale for such project, program or position (not to exceed three pages); a budget and estimated timeline for use of funds; an list of other potential or secured funding sources for this project, program or position.
